InnovAIte Solutions provides AI automation services including AI Front Desk (24/7 receptionist), workflow automation, and AI consulting. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or lead conversion rates. Results depend on your industry, market conditions, and how you implement our recommendations.

2. Free Workflow Audit

Our free AI workflow audit is a no-obligation consultation. There is no cost, no commitment required, and no automatic enrollment in any paid service. The audit provides an honest assessment of your automation opportunities — you are under no obligation to purchase any service afterward.

3. Billing & Cancellation

  • Month-to-month terms: Our recurring services (AI Front Desk, workflow maintenance) operate on a month-to-month basis after the initial setup.
  • No long-term contracts: You are not locked into a multi-month or annual contract.
  • 30 days notice: Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. You may cancel at any time — the 30-day period simply covers the final billing cycle.
  • Setup fees: One-time setup fees are non-refundable once implementation work has begun.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom automation workflows, configurations, AI training data, and implementation materials created by InnovAIte Solutions remain our intellectual property. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered automations for your business. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label our automations without explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnovAIte Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
